By making your payment—whether full upfront payment or your first of 6 monthly installments of AU$997—you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Commitment: If you have selected the payment plan, you have entered into a 6-month financial commitment, agreeing to complete all 6 payments, totaling AU$5,982.
2. No Refunds, Cancellations, Pauses, or Downgrades:
All payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage or change in
circumstances.
No cancellations, pauses, or downgrades are permitted once enrolled.
3. Payment Plan Responsibilities
If you are on a payment plan, you are legally obligated to fulfill all 6 payments.
Any missed or failed payments must be rectified immediately to maintain program
access.
4. Program Access & Participation
Access to program content, support, and benefits is granted only while payments are up to date.
Non-payment may result in suspension of access until payments are brought up to date.
5. Agreement Acknowledgment
