Renee Shea is a leadership coach, HR strategist, and founder of Promote Her, a consultancy committed to building fair, human-first workplaces.
Renee has more than 25 years working in organisational development, human resources, learning and leadership development and change management. She has delivered programs across Federal and State Government and Not For Profit and private organisations.
Kylee Leota is a highly experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 20 years in education and education support. With a strong foundation in person centred practice, Kylee is passionate about equipping support workers and providers with the tools they need to deliver effective, ethical and individualised behaviour support. Her work is grounded in empathy, practical strategy and a deep understanding of how to create safe, empowering environments for people with disability.
Chanelle Morris is a 25 year old Motivational Speaker & Disability Advocate. Chanelle is legally blind in one eye and has 30% vision total. Diagnosed at just 4 years old, her condition remains a mystery still to this day. As Chanelle grew up with a disability, she often saw herself as less than others creating significant negative beliefs about herself. After hitting rock bottom she decided to turn her life around and sent herself to New Zealand for a solo ski season.
Michael helps NDIS leaders become outstanding thought leaders. Anyone who's been in NDIS world for more than a couple of years is already a specialist in at least one key skill. Michael helps them unpack their hidden superpowers.... and to show others how to impact their world.
